Forest Friends Black Christmas Bauble
ITEM #: 67918
The Forest Friends Black Christmas Bauble turns a woodland gathering into a miniature scene for the tree, with forest animals appearing beneath a starry sky. Handmade in Kashmir, India, this 3-inch ornament is formed from recycled-paper paper mache and individually hand-painted by skilled artisans. The dark background gives the scene a dramatic setting while the textured paper mache surface brings its own character to the artwork.
MATERIAL: Paper Mache made from recycled paper, 100% biodegradable
INCLUDES: 1 Handmade, Paper Mache Christmas Ornament
Hang Forest Friends where you can see more than one side of the bauble and enjoy the scene as it moves around the tree. It fits naturally into collections of woodland animals, handmade ornaments or darker Christmas colors, while its lightweight construction works well on a variety of branches.
Instead of a single image centered on the front, this bauble creates a small forest world beneath a starry sky. The animals, night setting and textured paper mache surface give you different details to notice as you turn it, especially when viewed among the lights of the tree.
Use the black background as a contrast among brighter ornaments, metallic finishes and traditional Christmas colors. Forest Friends would also be at home on a woodland-inspired tree surrounded by animal ornaments and natural elements, or grouped with other hand-painted Kashmir baubles in different colors and designs.
