A pre-order is placing an order in advanced for an item that has not yet been released or received from the manufacturer.

Pre-order items will be marked with a PRE-ORDER tag and PRE-ORDER will be indicated on product page. Keep in mind that preorder inventory is limited. Once this limit is reached, no further pre-orders will be accepted.

Secure your purchase with pre-order to guarantee availability! If any stock remains, it will be sold online and in-store after pre-orders have been fulfilled.

One of the benefits of pre-orders is that your pre-order items are pulled first. You get first 'dibs' on these items.

When pre-order items arrive from the manufacturer, we temporarily remove these items from our site. Any of your pre-order items that arrived in stock are pulled first and when your order is complete, it is shipped to you.

Once all pre-order items have been pulled for pre-orders, if available, any remaining stock of items that were pre-order will become available for general purchase on the website and in our retail store.

Pre-order items are charged at the time the pre-order order is placed. You have the option to pay in full or to utilize the SBK Gifts layaway plan.

Pre-Order Simple Step-by-Step Guide

1. Shop the SBKGifts.com site.
2. To reserve a product marked with the "pre-order" ribbon, simply add it to your shopping bag.
3. Add all pre-order items you wish to pre-order in your bag.
4. When you're finished shopping the pre-order items, go to CHECKOUT.
5. At the time of placing your pre-order, either payment in full or a layaway payment plan is required.
6. After placing your pre-order order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing an order reference number.

Note:
All pre-order items placed on a single order are shipped together when all items have arrived in stock and the order is complete. We will gladly ship you a partial order with a small shipping fee if we do not have your complete pre-order order in stock. Please feel free to contact us.

There is no minimum purchase amount if you pay in full at the time of placing your order for pre-order items.

If you plan on placing pre-order items in layaway, the order total being placed on layaway must be at least $150 or greater and is subject to the terms and conditions of the SBK Gifts layaway plan.

Acceptable forms of payment for pre-order orders are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or debit card. Cash is accepted in person, in our retail store.

Yes, you may have multiple pre-order orders.

These items are reserved specifically for you. For this reason, once a pre-order has been placed, there are no revisions, additions, cancellations, exchanges, switches or change of mind are accepted on the pre-order.

Pre-orders items that arrive from the manufacturer are inspected and processed into our inventory. We then pull and fulfill pre-orders for the item/s in sequence by the date the pre-orders are placed.  So first pre-orders in are first pre-orders pulled and filled.  

Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) delivery windows are provided by Manufacturer. We provide the anticipated ETA on the pre-order product page. ETA delivery windows are only estimates, not guaranteed. Product may arrive earlier than expected, perfectly within the estimated window, or could even arrive later than anticipated. Unforeseen circumstances caused by customs delays, weather change, and other cases beyond the manufacturer or our control may impact estimated delivery window.

If the manufacturer changes the ETA, we will notify you via the email address on file, update the item ETA date on the website and share updates on our social media channels.

Absolutely! If you are Kringle Rewards member, you are awarded your Kringle Points for pre-order items when they are shipped.

Layaway is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address and a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express. Customers with international billing addresses and shipping addresses will not be able to set up a layaway due to currency exchange rate fluctuations and layaway duration of time to pay.
