Ordering

Can I search for an item on the site?
Yes! We have a search box on our site. Search terms like "glass ornament" or "dogs" and we will show you all those items currently available on the site. You can also search by the brand or product manufacturer number all from the same search box.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, in OH. We're required to charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence.

How long will it take to get my order?
That varies. All of our product is located in our warehouse so we pack and ship your order very quick. All orders 'ship from' Cincinnati, Ohio. The 'ship to' address location (e.g. Los Angeles, CA) and time of the year has an impact on how fast your order will arrive to you. During the holiday season, November and December, allow more time for delivery. We will provide tracking information when your package ships, however once it is in the deliverer's hands, we cannot control how quickly your order will arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal for online purchases.  We accept cash, store gift certificates, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and store credits in our retail store.

I placed an order. Can I cancel it?
We can cancel an order only if the purchase has not been shipped. If the order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.

Pricing


I found a different price on another website. Will you match the price?
We are unable to match prices from auction and outlet stores or websites, as well as other retailers' discount promotions, shipping offers and gift card offers.

A pricing error is discovered. How is it handled?
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing and correct pricing errors when we discover them. Despite our efforts, Incorrect prices sometimes appear on our Site. If an item's price is higher than the price displayed, at our discretion, we will contact you for instruction before shipping the order or cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation. If a pricing error is reasonably obvious and unmistakable, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we send you an Order Confirmation or Shipping Confirmation.
