This holiday carousel is named Giddy Go Round.
It is fashioned with ponies and mirrors all around,

Giddy Go Round captures an old-fashioned carnival carousel in a wonderfully dimensional 4-inch glass ornament, complete with ponies, mirrors and a dramatic tented roof. Rich red and sparkling blue panels are outlined in silver, while glitter, reflective finishes and Czech crystals bring light to nearly every surface. Mouth blown, hand painted, sterling silver lined and glittered in Poland, each ornament is individually finished by hand, so no two are exactly alike.
