Pre-orders allow you to reserve and purchase products in advance, before they are available or in stock. Pre-order items are clearly identified with PRE-ORDER in the product title. By purchasing or placing a pre-order item on layaway, you agree to all pre-order terms outlined below.

All 2026 pre-orders ship complete per order.

Items on the same order are held and shipped together once all items on that order have arrived in stock. If pre-order items arrive at different times, they will be carefully held and shipped together when the order is complete.

MANUFACTURER SHIPMENTS

Due to the nature of international importing, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive to us in a single shipment from the manufacturer. In many cases, manufacturers ship orders in multiple shipments over several months.

PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

Pre-order items are reserved specifically for you. For this reason, once a pre-order has been placed, no revisions, additions, cancellations, exchanges, substitutions, or changes of mind are accepted.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued in the form of a merchandise gift card for the purchase price of the returned item. All shipping charges, upgrade fees, and service fees are non-refundable.

If a pre-order item is not produced or delivered by the manufacturer, a merchandise gift card for the purchase value will be issued.

SBK Gifts offers a FREE 6-month layaway on in-stock and pre-order items. It’s simple:

  • Minimum layaway total: $175+
  • Deposit: deposit to start (for example, only $35 on a $175 layaway)
  • Payments: 5 equal monthly installments (for example, only $28/month on a $175 layaway)
