  • Created by Soffieria De Carlini. This small family workshop has been producing mouth blow, hand painted, and unique glass Christmas ornament decorations since 1947!
  • Handmade in a small village just outside Milan, Italy. Each ornament is hand-blown from fiery glass, heated to over 1400Β°F, and then individually decorated.

  • Everything starts from a glass bar… this bar is the only industrial piece. It is then up to Soffieria De Carlini’s artisans to create the shapes, dress it in couture ribbons and complete the piece of art by handpainting and glittering the finishing touches.
  • Comes boxed in a sturdy box. Great to use for protective storage of the ornament after the holiday season.

*Layaway Details *
TERM: 6 months from the start date of your layaway
DEPOSIT: 20% down is due at the time you put your merchandise in layaway
MINIMUM PURCHASE: A minimum of $100 total in merchandise is required to start a layaway
PAYMENTS: A minimum payment of 20% of your balance is automatically billed on the 15th of each month to the layaway payment credit card on file. When your layaway is paid in full, the item/s are shipped.
LATE PAYMENTS: A 5% late payment fee of the total amount due will be charged for overdue, late or declined payments.

1. Can I pay off my layaway early? Absolutely! If that works best for you. Just know, you are also welcome to take advantage of the entire 6 months if you wish.

2. Can I have more than 1 layaway at a time? Yes, you may have multiple layaways. Each layaway is subject to the terms and conditions of the SBK Gifts layaway plan.

3. Can I add items or remove items from my layaway? No changes, additions or modifications to a layaway is permitted.

4. Is SBK Gifts layaway plan the same as using Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm? No, SBK Gifts layaway plan is a store service provided specifically by SBK Gifts. It includes a 20% down payment on the layaway and paying the remainder of the balance in 5 installments. That's 6 months to pay for your layaway!
Sezzle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm are short-term financing programs provides by third-party companies.

5. How do I place a layaway order on the website? It's super simple! Shop the site. Add any items you wish to place on layaway in your cart. When you're finished shopping, go to checkout. Complete contact/shipping information. Next, complete your shipping preference. On the Payment page, there will be a few options. Be sure to select the MONTHLY LAYAWAY PAYMENTS option and click PAY NOW button. This submits your layaway order. Remember to call the store, 1.877.607.2356, during regular business hours to provide your credit card payment information by phone.

2024 PRE-ORDER TERMS OF SALE

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve and purchase products in advance, before they are available or in-stock. Pre-order items will be marked with a PRE-ORDER tag and PRE-ORDER will be indicated on product page. By purchasing or placing on layaway pre-order item/s, you are agreeing to the pre-order terms.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENTS OPTIONS:

  • OPTION 1: Payment in full at time of purchase
  • OPTION 2: 6 month layaway plan (20% down payment and 5 monthly installments)

PRE-ORDERS ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS: Estimated delivery windows are provided by Manufacturer. Product may arrive earlier than expected, perfectly within the estimated window, or could even arrive later than anticipated. Delivery windows are only estimates, not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances caused by customs delays, weather change, and other cases beyond the manufacturer or our control may impact estimated delivery window. We will make every effort to keep you informed and up to date in the event of delays.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING OPTIONS:

  • OPTION #1: Ship Complete
    This is the default shipping option for 2024 pre-orders. All items placed on a single order are shipped together when all items have arrived in stock and the order is complete. In the event items on your pre-order arrived at different times, we will hold your items until all items have arrived in stock and the order can be shipped complete. The SHIP COMPLETE shipping option is FREE shipping for pre-orders/orders $150+.

  • OPTION #2: Partial Shipments
    Partial shipment is the delivery of your order/pre-order in more than one shipment over time. With the partial shipment option you will be shipped each item in the order as soon as it is available. The in -stock items are shipped to you immediately and there is no waiting for all of the items on your pre-orders to arrive in stock.

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer free partial shipments. There is a nominal shipping fee for each shipment based on the number of items ready to ship.

    PARTIAL SHIPMENT FEES
    1 - 2 items = $8.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
    3 - 6 items = $12.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
    7 - 9 items = $16.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
    10+ items = $19.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment

If you would like to take advantage of the partial shipments service and have your pre-order items shipped to you immediately without waiting for all your other order items to arrive in stock; here's how:

  1. When you go to checkout - there will be a ADD A NOTE TO MY ORDER field.
  2. Enter the following in the notes message: "I want to use the partial shipment option on this pre-order".
  3. We will review all pre-order notes and if you requested partial shipments, we will check to see if we have a card on file with us. If yes, you are all set to go - we will take it from here. Remember, we will only charge your card on file for the partial shipment fee when we ship a shipment.
  4. If we do not have a card on file - we will contact you by phone to get your pre-order set up for partial shipments.
  5. Partial Shipments fees are charged only at the time of each shipment.

PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: Due to the handcrafted nature , we must order and pay for product far in advance of actual delivery dates. For this reason, once a pre-order has been placed, there are no revisions, additions, cancellations, exchanges, switches or change of mind are accepted on the pre-order.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS & REFUNDS: If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns are accepted up to 30 days after pre-order item is shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are in form of an exchange or store credit for the value of the purchase price of the item. Any shipping or fees are non-refundable. In the event an item is not produced or delivered by the manufacturer, you will receive store credit as your refund.

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I have multiple pre-orders? Multiple orders/pre-orders are allowed. Each order/pre-order is subject to 2024 pre-order terms of sale.

2. I'm thinking about doing a layaway - can you tell me about your layaway plan? Great! We have a complete section about how our layaway plan works. Open the section 'This Product Is Eligible For Layaway Plan' which you'll find on above this section. It has all the details and common questions.

3. There is a pre-order item that I want to order - but SBK Gifts is sold out. Will SBK Gifts get more in? That's a good question! If an item is sold out, on the product page will be a green button, NOTIFY IF THIS ITEM COMES BACK IN STOCK. Click the button and complete the information. If the item is restocked and/or more returns in stock, you will receive a courtesy email notifcation.
