2024 PRE-ORDER TERMS OF SALE
WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Pre-orders allow you to reserve and purchase products in advance, before they are available or in-stock. Pre-order items will be marked with a PRE-ORDER tag and PRE-ORDER will be indicated on product page. By purchasing or placing on layaway pre-order item/s, you are agreeing to the pre-order terms.
PRE-ORDER PAYMENTS OPTIONS:
- OPTION 1: Payment in full at time of purchase
- OPTION 2: 6 month layaway plan (20% down payment and 5 monthly installments)
PRE-ORDERS ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS: Estimated delivery windows are provided by Heartfully Yours. Product may arrive earlier than expected, perfectly within the estimated window, or could even arrive later than anticipated. Delivery windows are only estimates, not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances caused by customs delays, weather change, and other cases beyond Heartfully Yours or our control may impact estimated delivery window. We will make every effort to keep you informed and up to date in the event of delays.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- OPTION #1: Ship Complete
This is the default shipping option for 2024 pre-orders. All items placed on a single order are shipped together when all items have arrived in stock and the order is complete. In the event items on your pre-order arrived at different times, we will hold your items until all items have arrived in stock and the order can be shipped complete. The SHIP COMPLETE shipping option is FREE shipping for pre-orders/orders $150+.
- OPTION #2: Partial Shipments
Partial shipment is the delivery of your order/pre-order in more than one shipment over time. With the partial shipment option you will be shipped each item in the order as soon as it is available. The in -stock items are shipped to you immediately and there is no waiting for all of the items on your pre-orders to arrive in stock.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free partial shipments. There is a nominal shipping fee for each shipment based on the number of items ready to ship.
PARTIAL SHIPMENT FEES
1 - 2 items = $8.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
3 - 6 items = $12.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
7 - 9 items = $16.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
10+ items = $19.95 Flat Fee Per Shipment
If you would like to take advantage of the partial shipments service and have your pre-order items shipped to you immediately without waiting for all your other order items to arrive in stock; here's how:
- When you go to checkout - there will be a ADD A NOTE TO MY ORDER field.
- Enter the following in the notes message: "I want to use the partial shipment option on this pre-order".
- We will review all pre-order notes and if you requested partial shipments, we will check to see if we have a card on file with us. If yes, you are all set to go - we will take it from here. Remember, we will only charge your card on file for the partial shipment fee when we ship a shipment.
- If we do not have a card on file - we will contact you by phone to get your pre-order set up for partial shipments.
- Partial Shipments fees are charged only at the time of each shipment.
PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: Due to the handcrafted nature of Heartfully Yours ornaments, we must order and pay for product far in advance of actual delivery dates. For this reason, once a pre-order has been placed, there are no revisions, additions, cancellations, exchanges, switches or change of mind are accepted on the pre-order.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS & REFUNDS: If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns are accepted up to 30 days after pre-order item is shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are in form of an exchange or store credit for the value of the purchase price of the item. Any shipping or fees are non-refundable. In the event an item is not produced or delivered by the manufacturer, you will receive store credit as your refund.
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Can I have multiple pre-orders? Multiple orders/pre-orders are allowed. Each order/pre-order is subject to 2024 pre-order terms of sale.
2. I'm thinking about doing a layaway - can you tell me about your layaway plan? Great! We have a complete section about how our layaway plan works. Open the section 'This Product Is Eligible For Layaway Plan' which you'll find on above this section. It has all the details and common questions.
3. There is a Heartfully Yours item that I want - but SBK Gifts is sold out. Will SBK Gifts get more in? That's a good question! If an item is sold out, on the product page will be a green button, NOTIFY IF THIS ITEM COMES BACK IN STOCK. Click the button and complete the information. If the item returns in stock, you will receive a courtesy email notifcation.
