All 2026 pre-orders ship complete per order.

Items on the same order are held and shipped together once all items on that order have arrived in stock. If pre-order items arrive at different times, they will be carefully held and shipped together when the order is complete.

Images shown for pre-order items are provided by the manufacturer. Retailer has no control over, and cannot be responsible for, any changes the manufacturer may make to designs, finishes, colors, packaging, or details in the final produced product.

PRE-ORDER ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS

Estimated delivery windows are provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed. Pre-order items may arrive earlier than expected, within the estimated window, or later than anticipated. Unforeseen circumstances such as production delays, customs delays, weather events, or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery timing. We make every effort to keep customers informed of any updates or delays.

MANUFACTURER SHIPMENTS

Due to the nature of international importing, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive to us in a single shipment from the manufacturer. In many cases, manufacturers ship orders in multiple shipments over several months.

PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

Pre-order items are reserved specifically for you. For this reason, once a pre-order has been placed, no revisions, additions, cancellations, exchanges, substitutions, or changes of mind are accepted.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued in the form of a merchandise gift card for the purchase price of the returned item. All shipping charges, upgrade fees, and service fees are non-refundable.

If a pre-order item is not produced or delivered by the manufacturer, a merchandise gift card for the purchase value will be issued.

• Minimum layaway total: $175+
• Deposit: deposit to start (for example, only $35 on a $175 layaway)
