Pre-orders allow you to reserve and purchase products in advance, before they are available or in-stock. Pre-order items will include PRE-ORDER in the product title. By purchasing or placing on layaway pre-order item/s, you are agreeing to the pre-order terms.

PRE-ORDER PAYMENTS OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: Payment in full at time of purchase
OPTION 2: 6 month layaway plan (20% down payment and 5 monthly installments)

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING OPTIONS:
OPTION #1: Ship Complete
This is the default shipping option for 2025 pre-orders. All items placed on a single order are shipped together when all items have arrived in stock and the order is complete. In the event items on your pre-order arrived at different times, we will hold your items until all items have arrived in stock and the order can be shipped complete. The SHIP COMPLETE shipping option is FREE shipping for pre-orders/orders $200+.
OPTION #2: Ship As Arrives Shipping Service
This is a shipping upgrade option for 2025 pre-orders. With 'Ship As Arrives', you pre-order items may be shipped in multiple shipments. With 'Ship As Arrives' option, any in -stock items are shipped to you immediately and there is no waiting for all of the items on your pre-orders to arrive in stock. Your pre-order items will ship as soon as they are in stock and ready for shipping. There is a flat fee per order of $18.95 for 'Ship As Arrives' Shipping Service.

How To Add Ship As Arrives Service To You Order
On any Pre-Order item page, under the PRE-ORDER BUTTON will be UPGRADE PRE-ORDER SHIPPING and the Pre-Order Ship As Arrives item will be available to add to your shopping bag. Remember it is a flat fee. Only add it once per order. Complete your shopping and check out. You're all set to go - we will take it from here.

PRE-ORDER IMAGES/DESIGNS/COLORS: Images displayed for pre-orders are provided by the manufacturer. Retailer has no control and cannot be responsible if the manufacturer makes modifications of any sort to the final produced product.

PRE-ORDER ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS: Delivery windows are only estimates provided to us from the manufacturer. They are not guaranteed. Pre-order product may arrive earlier than expected, perfectly within the estimated window, or could even arrive later than anticipated. Unforeseen circumstances caused by production delays, customs delays, weather change, and other cases beyond the manufacturer or our control may impact estimated delivery windows. MANUFACTURER SHIPMENTS: Due to nature of importing today, we can’t guarantee everything will be arrive in a single shipment to us from the manufacturer. From experience, the manufacturer has sent a series of shipments over a period of several months.

PRE-ORDER REVISIONS OR CANCELLATIONS: These items are reserved specifically for you. For this reason, once a pre-order has been placed, there are no revisions, additions, cancellations, exchanges, switches or change of mind are accepted on the pre-order.

PRE-ORDER RETURNS & REFUNDS: If you are not satisfied with a pre-order item, returns are accepted up to 30 days after pre-order item is shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are in form of an exchange or gift card for the value of the purchase price of the item. Any shipping, upgrades or fees are non-refundable. In the event an item is not produced or delivered by the manufacturer, you will receive a gift card for the value as your refund.
